Medical Staffing Associates, Inc. (MSA) was established in 1987. The business philosophy behind our style of recruitment is to do one thing well. With this philosophy in mind we have established our Physician Recruiters within specific specialties. Each Recruiter is a resource for our Clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, contract negotiations, and financial packages.

MSA is a contingent recruitment firm. We offer our clients the option of handling their searches by a standard or exclusive contingency agreement. You only pay for a successful campaign. Under the exclusive agreement, we have established an excellent recruitment campaign program that brings the best qualified, and most highly sought after physicians to you.
